The L-24 was on exercise just off Portland bill when she accidentally collided with the with the R-class battleship HMS Revenge sinking with all hands. She is approximately 70 metres in length and sits on the seabed at around 36 metres. She was armed with 12 torpedoes,
1 x 3-inch gun and 16 mines. The wreck is in the main intact but has a large scar along one side where she was hit. Please note that this wreck is a war grave and treat it accordingly.
